Speaker Bio: Sheng-Hung Lee, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Urban Technology and Director of d-mix lab at the University of Michigan. Trained in design and engineering, his research integrates service, technology, and societal perspectives to advance design for longevity (D4L) and service systems with systemic impact.
