As UI/UX designer at ATLAS.ti, you will help the world's leading research software to develop compelling, well-crafted, and well-thought-out design solutions as a hands-on practitioner and team player. Your mission on our team

We need you to share your excitement about functional, yet aesthetic digital experiences that have a positive impact on our customers' work and deliver real value. You will help shape users' research experience, harnessing the beauty and power of technology to create a novel and holistic interaction between people and machines.

Your contribution

  • Help us ship delightful, highly interactive application interfaces.

  • Create design guidelines and documentation.

  • Produce high-quality wireframes and visual designs for our software.

  • Turn user problems into simple and functional UX solutions.

  • Think in design systems across different devices and platforms.

  • Implement our corporate design in flyer, banner, brochures

Your qualifications

  • Experience in creating interactive and appealing UI/UX designs.

  • A keen eye for visual details including typography, color, layout and animation.

  • Ability to produce quality wireframes and visual designs for software applications.

  • Experience in rapid prototyping methods.

  • Solid skills in the UX/UI Stack: Figma/Sketch/Framer etc., Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Asana.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, concepts, and rationale in a clear and understandable manner.


Your „Bonus/add-on features"

  • Experience in qualitative or quantitative data research.

  • Experience in customer research.

  • Fluency in German and in English.

  • Practical working knowledge of agile development methodology.

  • Expertise in collaborating and working in cross-functional teams and practical working knowledge of agile development methodology.

  • Enthusiasm for digital design best practice, new interaction models, design standards, and emerging technologies.

One or two of these "add-on" qualifications would be great. Three would be fantastic. Four may bring us to tears! - But even if your specialty is not on the list: Go ahead, surprise and convince us!
